The temperatures I quoted are actual, not factored for wind chill or "feels like". BTW: Am I the only one who thinks it very, very odd that despite 20 inches of snow in the past week on my side of the state there have been - no - reports of any ice storms near Union City..........................? I have a feeling something may be overdue. [bwahahahaha!]
