The Mesonet station near Bixby reported an overnight low of -21.5 
degrees @ 7:40 am with an afternoon high of +27 degrees @ 3:45 pm for 
Thursday, January 10th.

Yeah, we know it's cold outside, but work the numbers against the clock. 
That's a 48.5 degree swing in approximately 8 hours. Not exactly typical.
