Generally speaking, VP8ORK signals were definitely on the weak to very 
weak side.
I did manage to get them on several band-modes though.  For the most 
part they were running barefoot.
Probably AMPs on the low bands.
Now S9DX on Sao Tome is just the opposite.  They are very strong and 
running AMPS.
I've been fortunate to pick up several band-modes there so far.
