[OKDXA] IRCs Available Online

This is great news!  We have 2 post offices in Lawton.  At the one, they told me they didn't sell IRCs.  At the other, there is only 1 clerk who knows how to sell them.  If you don't get him, you are in for a long wait as they figure it out on the spot.
