[OKDXA] KT-34A High VSWR on 15 m

Well, I actually RTFM and found that a high VSWR all across 15 m
along with the an OK match on 10 m and 20 m, means that water has
entered the capacitors somehow. If the wind blows gar enough just
right, it can force water into the drain holes. Otherwise, it means
that the capacitor caps allowed water to enter. So, I need to have a
look at it and determine if I was simply a victim of weird winds with
rain, or if the capacitor caps are cracked. If the latter, it'll have
to come down for replacement of those caps.

As the Tim Man said in the Wizard of Oz: "Oh joy! Oh rapture!"

Still looking for a lead on bucket trucks in and around OKC.
