[OKDXA] Green Country Hamfest

In recent past years the OKDXA has held our meeting after noon on Saturday.
Last year I asked about a time slot before noon so that "westerners" could 
leave
after their lunch and not have to feel they were missing something really 
good at the meeting
or just sneaking out - whichever category fits!

Steve - AA5V is working on getting a meeting room which will allow us to 
parallel
one of the other forums - likely the 10 AM slot as the ARRL has the 11 AM slot
and I would rather not see them have an embarrassing attendance.....

For everyone attending the ham fest three tables have been reserved for the 
OKDXA
which allows one for peddling or trading those treasured items you need to 
be rid of
before the sunspots get heavier.  I have a couple of radios to put there 
myself - a first
for me. The other two will be used for our display and activities like card 
checking etc.

I am constructing an agenda for the meeting and would welcome any input 
from those
of you who are planning to attend.
