[OKDXA] Power Line Noise

YES, got BS7H.
Put him in the log 4 times, BUT was not 100% sure if I really did work him
because of the weak signals and QRM..
Turns out that one of the 4 was in his log !!!!!!!
That was the last one I needed for ARRL #1 Honor Roll.
Been chasing DX since early 70's.
