[OKDXA] What's Not To Like

Different. The 930 has more "bells and whistles" and is some what more 
flexible, but both were great radios in their time. In retrospect, I 
guess I prefer the 930 as its range of controls make it somewhat more 
versatile.  The 740 was really a pretty basic radio, but was rock solid 
in contest conditions (I was very active back then). I remember that the 
built in (switching) power supply seemed almost like magic back then. 
Made for a really compact, lightweight package.
