Wow, Ed! I know you have loftier goals, but still not bad for an ice 
storm. Your signal was very stout down here, as usual. I was still 
running low power when I worked you, but gave in to the siren call of 
EU...just can't help myself sometimes. I am somewhat embarrassed to call 
my 600 watts "high power." I think we need a "mid power" class in these 
contest for us little pistols. I guess I still operate as though the 
power limit was still 1kw (dc) INPUT. The band was incredibly quiet 
Friday night...maybe because most of Oklahoma was without power.

We haven't seen the sun here in a week. I am really tired of 
winter...already! Then I remember that winter sometimes lasted into May 
in Bartlesville, and I feel better. Remember the Christmas of 1987?
