Bob,

That's a pretty good track record for 160m on LoTW.  A lot of them collect
dollars and won't use LoTW.  Some wait a year or two.  Some wait until
they get all the dollars they think they can get and then upload to LoTW
to keep from sending bureau cards.  I don't think it is a large number but
I know there are some.
