I have used WriteLog with good success for about ten years.  I have made
about 40,000 contest contacts with it and it has worked fine.  The only
downside to it is that you have to continually pay a significant fee to keep
the license up to date and get upgrades.  I have been looking at N1MM also.
But WriteLog is a good program and interfaces well, but be prepared to pay a
lot in license costs over the life of the product.
