Hi, Jerry:

I was planning to head back up to Wyoming that weekend and take down some
towers I still have up there. If it appears that the WX will close in,
which it sometime does early at 7,300 feet elevation, maybe you will be able
to squeeze me in.

Oh yes, I still have to send in dues for this year. :-o

For the balance of OKDXAers on the reflector this is another announcement
of our 2009 DX Banquet to be held Saturday October 10th at 6PM. We will
again have our gathering at the Stroud Best Western Inn and Ranch House
Restaurant. The cost is $15 per person and will be collected at the door.

What: OKDXA 2009 DX Banquet
When: Saturday Evening October 10th at 6PM
Where: Stroud, OK Best Western - just off I44

Casual dress as in past years.

Connie Marshall, K5CM will be talking 6 meter operation with us.

I will fill a few minutes with some comments and maybe photos on my trips
to Kansas and Texas
to participate in their QSO Parties as a mobile.

If you can join us please RSVP to k5yaa at okdxa.org
If you know of folks who do not use the reflector let them know about the
plans.
I will be sending out a letter within the next week for those I know who do
not use email.

We always have a good time at this once a year gathering of OKDXA members
and their family.
