[OKDXA] 2009 OKDXA Dinner

This is an initial notice of our 2009 DX Dinner to be held Saturday evening 
Oct. 10th at 6PM.
It will be at the Best Western in Stroud, Oklahoma - the same place we have 
held the dinner
and program for the past 3 to 4 years.

Shortly, after I receive confirmation of the space and buffet 
preparation,  I will be asking for your RSVP.  I have already requested 
either no chicken strips OR ones that are a bit more tender!  I understand 
we can also select from a list of entree items so when I receive the call 
back I will pick things that are not Bar B Que related and that will likely 
cook up without becoming tough!  I will also see if a tray of sunspots can 
be prepared for placement after the gathering.

Send me program ideas you have and I also welcome any door prize ideas and 
donations.
