[OKDXA] Midway question

[Rick Vidmar - K9KK]

Worked them on 15 CW & SSB.  He was S5.
Worked him on 12M SSB.  He was S2.
Antenna is 3 Element SteppIR at 25'.  (Tower is cranked down)
Never tried 10M.
