[OKDXA] Midway signal strength

Good deal on the 160M.  I was receiving them at or below noise level.

Rick,

On my NW half wave sloper they were at least 2 S units above the noise
this morning.  I was listening from 12:00Z to about 12:30Z.  I worked them
at 12:28Z.
