[OKDXA] OKDXA Roster Sent for K4M

Congratulations to my old buddy Ken for being named OKDXA Ham of the 
Year! He certainly deserves the honor. Ken is and has always been both  
a skilled  operator and a  genuine  gentleman  in  pile ups and in 
contests.
