Jerry,
Thanks for sending that list...Yep the K4M boys are hung up in 
Honolulu...Bet they're a bunch of agrravated and frustrated hams about right 
now...They have to be thinking, "why in the heck didn't you take care of 
this stuff before we got here?  You've had PLENTY of time to be ready for 
our arrival!"
