Conflicts with the BARTG HF RTTY, which I plan to play in, but I'll
try to put some hours in from Cleveland Co as SOLP.

Also, in the rules, it says that only 9 of the 10 Canadian provinces
count as mults for us natives - which one doesn't count?  :-)
