John,

I got them today (7 Jan 09) at 0300Z on 40M and at about 1330Z on 20M and 
30M.  All CW.  Due to QRM from incessant callers (during QSOs), they had 
trouble hearing my report on 40M.  It took three times on 40M to get an 
acknowledgement that they had the report from me.  Also, the intentional QRM 
on their frequency was a nuisance, but not a show stopper.

Bottom line - 3 bands - none easy to get.
