[OKDXA] Operating at W1AW

I will be in Newington, CT on September 11th and I will be operating W1AW
that day.  I will probably operate after lunch.  Bill Moore has lined it up
for me.  He is going to give me the tour of the League Headquarters and then
we will go eat lunch together and then I will operate W1AW.  As time nears I
will give you a more exact time on the 11th.  It should be fun to operate
from up there and I am sure the propagation will be much different than in
Southeast Mississippi.  We will fly into Hartford on the 5th and go to
Stockbridge, MA; Woodstock, VT; Mount Washington, NH; Portland, ME;
Plymouth, MA; Mystic, CT; and back to Newington, CT over 8 days.  We will
spend about 700 miles on the road overall but will be broken up into 8 days.
I am taking a handi-talkie with me but I am not going to lug the 706 with
me.  I mainly would like to see what kind of distance I can work from the
top of Mount Washington on VHF/UHF.  I just hope the weather cooperates that
day!
