[OKDXA] Tulsa ARC - K3LR Speaker

I'm hoping to cut my class on Tuesday night short and make the
presentation. Tim's
presentation at the OKDXA banquet in 2007 blew me away. Picture Amplifiers
dedicated to a single frequency range on all the bands. Controllers custom
built,
A couple rooms full of operators doing each band simultaneously. This is
NOT
something you folks in Oklahoma should miss. This is Amateur Radio at its'
best.
Chew on that. If you need a bed for the night in Tulsa, call 918-234-5050
3 beds
ready. Or we'll pass out sleeping bags for close to the fireplace or fans.

Thanks for the very nice comments Kim! Hope you have your vertical issues
sorted out.

I had a great time at the SCARS meeting last weekend.

Not only is his station set up simply superb, but Tim is a wonderful,
generous person. See his talk if you possibly can, even if you don't
contest. His station engineering is nothing short of top world class.
You will be impressed and it will be worth the trip even if you're
not in Tulsa.
