Sorry about the net this evening.  The skip went long earlier than usual. 
The QRM was really bad from the East Coast.  A New England net at 3859 was
20 over here.

For those still awaiting QSL's from Vlad, UA4WHX, I pass along the
following.  I sent Vlad an e-mail on the 21st of October listing all of my
contacts and what I had sent him via the mail.  I did that mainly to make
sure he got what I sent.  He responded on the 5th of November stating that
he had confirmed all of them and put them in the mail that day.  It took
them 12 days to get here.
