Hi Kim,
I bought something called QSL maker kit a few years
ago. It came with perforated sheets which were the
standard QSL card size-4 to a sheet, and templates in
Word and a few other programs for making your QSLs. I
think it was $20 or so and you can order additional
sheets also. I think I got enough sheet for several
hundred QSLs in my initial order. I will try to find
the link and email it to you.
