Entirely up to them, IMHO.  I sent in my $5 and got my credits the
other day but what I really want is the *card* ... which I expect to
see in a few weeks.

I like the way VP6DX had things set up - point and click.  You want it
fast, share a little wealth, otherwise be prepared to wait.  Fair
enough.

TX5C is a little different - I have to send a paper card to their
manager to get a card.  OK by me.  At least those guys know about
cafepress.com and I ordered a jersey to support them ...  No idea
if/when LotW credits will come.
