[OKDXA] VP6DX confirmation via LOTW with Donation

Gary I found it!  It was made on March 1st and I sent a follow up email, 
last week.  I guess we are spoiled, usually when I make a donation or go the 
extra mile I get he card in via the buro years later, hi.  Just my luck, hi.
