[OKDXA] TX5C 40M

I just worked him (again?) on 40 CW at 1435z.  Easy to
get this time.  I worked him Sunday night on 40CW, but
the log says it has been updated since that QSO, and
he didn't tell me QSO B4 this morning, so maybe the
logs are missing some QSOs or something.

Still strong on 40 CW listening up about 5.
