Six Meters has been dry here. I have not worked any DX this season. I
worked about a dozen stations on SSB one night and the next night the band
was dead. I went down to 50.096 and called CQ and I worked about 40
stations in 45 minutes. You cannot work them as fast on 6 as HF and you
have to exchange more info. Of course a lot of folks want to know your name
and QTH so you end up with a pretty good QSO on CW, not just signal report
and grid square. I am listening for CY0X on 6 and the JX on 30. I need JX
for a totally new one. Bernie, W3UR said Friday was one of the best DX days
ever on Six, but not here!

Alan, N5PA

At least you are hearing something on 6. It has been terrible here, one of
the worst seasons I have seen except for the June contest. The only DX I
have worked has been Canada and Mexico.
