Things like this weird me out:

Tektronix 516 'scope, pick up only, Traverse City, MI. Starting bid is
$8.00 with no takers... Does this mean the local store couldn't get
$10.00 for it? Five bucks? Hell, I'd give that much for one, but then
I'm out of touch and have spare tubes. The power transformer and filter
caps alone are well worth the asking price for someone wanting to home
brew some toob audio, but then I remind myself those folks are rarer
than albino Eskimos.
15 MHz vertical bandwidth (which is good enough for AM / FM IF and video
troubleshooting plus audio) but with the downside of being late 60's
vintage and hollow state. Plus, it has that famous spec of being within
3 dB of flat from DC to 15 MHz. Meaning a true 10 volt P-P waveform
could read anywhere from 5 to 20 volts P-P on the graticule and be
within spec.
Then there's this: http://www.shopgoodwill.com/viewItem.asp?ItemID=3704939
Looks clean, surprised it hasn't gathered oodles of bids, guess the
Vintage Trans Oceanic craze has run its course. Maybe if it was working,
but considering the age it should be assumed there will be some bench
time involved before you get to listen to Alex Jones on WRNO.
OK, bad example... Alex Jones is not my idea of a good reason to warm up
the signal generator.
;)
