[OKDXA] GS or IRC?

Guys:

I probably used 99.9% GS to get my QSL cards.  I know a lot of people take
them but there are a lot that do not or cannot take them.  I chose to do the
expensive route, though and it was my decision.  Now all I send GS to are
the new countries that I need, which are not that often.  All of my IRC's
have expired, anyway.  The post office here seldom carry them and do not
know the proper way to stamp them when they do.  Today most of mine go
through the bureau, thanks to Jerry and the boys at the W5 Bureau!
