[OKDXA] New Solar Cycle

Regarding the latest announcement from spaceweather.com, like Agent 
Mulder in the tv X-Files series, "I want to believe."  However, I have 
read a number of conflicting projections as well. Some place the 
beginning of cycle 24 a year from now.
