Jim,

Thanks for passing the news on Terry - K5HP.

Terry and I never met in person but have been crossing paths for 
years, from UHF to TopBand often reverting to phone calls or emails 
to discuss hardware or conditions.

Terry was not only a good operator but was also very technically 
knowledgeable, from UHF to MF, something that is rare these days.

When arrangements are known for his funeral, please post on the OKDXA 
reflector.

I am very sorry to report that OKDXA member and top notch contester, 
K5HP, Terry Hackworth, became a Silent Key at 12:30 a.m. today. I 
believe his death is attributed to complications during heart surgery.
