Hey David,

Brad, KM5MM here. I am just about to retire from the Army and have two tours
in Afghanistan. I don't know where you're going, but wanted to wish you good
luck. You have to go to Kabul to the Ministry of Communication and speak to
the head of the Radio branch to get a license. They do now have forms
however, which even have English subtitles on the blanks to be filled in.
