[OKDXA] VP6DX on 28002 KHz

Well I final got VP6DX on 160m this am about 4:30am it was not that hard
just had to put up with some rude contester. He was operating on 1.952.5 lsb

When I wrked him @ 2047z he had a bodacious sig (2/16).................so
he 
may be fading now rather than building.......
