[OKDXA] VP6DX on 30m

I worked them on 80 fone and 40 CW this AM.  I was surprised with the 80
QSO because I had S9 +10 noise.  He was pretty loud.

in there. They were listening on 10.117.  First new
band country for VP6D on this DXpedition.
