requirements..

This is what happens when people think that getting that elusive "Q" is more
important than being polite.

Happens more on voice since there are more on voice!

I wonder if a bunch of these guys are codeless Generals or Extras who 
are trying to use their computer to copy the code.  They see a spot and 
start calling hoping their computer can pick up their call when the DX 
calls them.
