FLASH:  TI9KK has been delayed.  The TI9KK license in hand. The holder of the TI9K license dropped from the operation.  Today when the license notice is published in the newspaper they will get the landing permission for the island.  Only then will they feel confident to get on the boat and head out.  
The duration on the island is now limited to 7 days.  So they have been cut from 10 day operation to 7 days.  With the difficult setup, etc., when all is said and done it could be that they only have 5 operating days.  Operation is expected to begin Friday, Feb 8th.
