Mark,

You are right in that it is going to be an expensive operation.  The
problem I see is the need.  There were major dxpeditions in 2002 and 2003.
 Most of the gang worked them on all bands except 6 meters.  I missed them
on 160m because of the noise I had at the time but many of the gang did
work them on 160m.  Just my 2 cents.
