[OKDXA] CW Skimmer

I am probably the only one on the globe that thinks this way, but I am all
for CW Skimmer and SO2R, no problem with the technologies at all.  But I do
feel that they ought to be in a separate category rather than the normal
single operator category.  They need to at least be in the assisted
category.  Like I said, I am probably the only one on the globe that thinks
this way, but I think it puts the single operator at a disadvantage and
everyone does not have the capability of running it full time during a
contest.  But that is my two cents worth, which is not worth much!
