thanks bert for the wb0w, i had forgotten about him, i got a good one from 
tower talk reflector-hill radio in ILL.

i went to the ministry of communications to get my license a few weeks back 
but the guy i needed to talk to was busy. i found an icom hf for $700 usd here 
in kabul, HRO has the same one for $599. im thinking i will just get my wife 
to send my ft-847 over to me. take care everybody
