[OKDXA] FR/G paths and times

Thanks Alan,  WIll keep that for reference. I would
have thought that 20 meters would have better
propagation that it looks.  I have worked 3B8CF on 40
and 30 in the past year or so, so it can be done from
here-now to just get through the pileups!
