Can't say if this is comparable in strength to Rohn, but Lowe's has been known 
to carry 30' Channel Master telescoping masts for $45... Last time I looked, 
about two years ago. Your mileage may vary. Three sections, comes with the 
guy rings, locking clamps and a 'dogbone' that locks the sections into the 
fully extended position. Top section is swagged like a TV mast and of the 
same size.

Could be worth looking at...................
