Hi John,
I don't remember it being easy or tough, but did get them on 40CW, 20CW &
SSB, 17 CW & SSB, and 15 CW. That was over about a 60 hour period.

Subject: [OKDXA] Heard Island question
How easy or tough was it to work the VK0IR DXpedition
in 1997 from Oklahoma? I was in OK at the time, but
was just using an indoor dipole in my apartment, and
was in my first year of teaching, so I didn't have
much time for radio. As one who still needs Heard, I
will be anxiously awaiting the next one. Getting
about time for someone to go there again.
