Holy Crap! Spotted that auction earlier this morning and the sole bid 
was at $11 plus change, now it's up to $82 and rising fast!

BTW: Did some cleaning in the shack last night and came across some old 
D'X Files I had printed for final proof. For some reason I can spot 
goofs better on a printed page than on the screen and I had forgotten 
how warped some of the content was. Like setting up Field Day next to a 
pile of radioactive chat from a uranium mine 'cuz it really gets out on 
20 or using tube numbers for call signs. Then there were the N5UW jokes, 
ground plane Bermuda grass, and the ode to swap meets that should have 
included the line "I love the smell of phenolic PC boards in the 
morning. It smells like... Boat Anker". I didn't miss too many chances,  
but at least I never mentioned that K0TEX would be the perfect call for 
a 75m rag chewer.

There are limits, you know.
