HI Ken -

 

The Starbuck's at Pennsylvania and I-240 opens at 05:30 AM.  Pennsylvania is
the next exit past Western Avenue where the Home Town Buffet is located.  It
is on the South side of I-240 just East of Pennsylvania Avenue on the
service road.
