[OKDXA] Have any of you received a 4O3T QSL Card (Montenegro)

I have mine but there are a lot of guys that still haven't gotten theirs. 
I picked that up from the DX-QSL reflector.  I would save the bucks for a
little while longer.  I think some of the cars were sent by pack mule.
