[OKDXA] VU7RG whine...

No doubt just about everyone has this one by now. 'Cept me, anyway. I 
heard them briefly a few times today. I thought I might actually have 
a chance once -- on 17 m, I think -- but their signal went into the 
mud after about 15 min. On 30 m, I could hear them relatively well 
(339 seems pretty good so far) but could never hear the other end and 
so was calling blindly. They soon disappeared from 30 m, too. Over 
the week, I tended to hear them from about 9:30-10:30 AM on 20 m, but 
never made it, and that didn't seem to work out yesterday or today.

I must admit that I've never had quite this much trouble snagging 
one. The piles are monstrous and even when I call dead on the freq of 
the guy they choose, I'm beat out.

Maybe I need a better strategy. I'm open to suggestions!
