[OKDXA] 40 meter problems

Was reading this morning about an 'ol fellow in Buffalo, MO who said he had 
not seen it as bad in 50 years - now for a Missourian to say something like 
that it's got to be pretty bad.  In my 10 years in central Missouri it was 
fairly common to have ice and snow on the ground for two to three weeks 
running about this time of year and Buffalo is SW of Jeff City!
