I remember Cliff recounting the same situation on one  of the net meetings.
 
He ended up waiting for his KH8 and YO3 cards to come  before he made his 
honor role submission..................
 
I'll hv abt 20 cards for u in GC but I hv no  submission form. Guess I'll 
send the DXCC desk a request for some and read it  more carefully than last yr.
 
It looks like most, if not all, of the ice will be to  the West of us frogs. 
there are no wx alerts posted for out area  (yet).
