John,
Looks like XW0DX went QRT on the 13th. I have the same situation. I
worked them on 80 and 160 because I haven't received the YX0LIX card yet.
The YX0LIX QSL manager KU9C put out the word that all the QSL's that
didn't have problems have been sent out. So I don't know why I haven't
received mine since my contacts were all listed in the on line logs. :-(
Oh well....
