[OKDXA] Saint Barthelemy (St. Bart's) to be new country

It looks like we are going to have a new country.  According to the Daily DX
Saint Barthelemy (St. Bart's) will become a new country with a prefix of FJ.
OH2BH, Martti Laine, and OH0XX/HP1WW, Olli Rissanen will activate it TODAY
starting at 1600 UTC (10:00 a.m. CST) as FJ/OH2AM.  They will operate 20
Meter SSB and 17 Meter CW.  QSL's should go to OH2BN.
